All items are USED unless other wise stated.  NEW may be available at an additional cost.

All NEW items carry a manufacturer's warranty.  All USED items carry a 30 day warranty through AccuLock, Inc.

If an item is damaged during shipping please contact us immediately. YOU MUST initiate the process, but we will help you in every way we possibly can to help resolve the problem.

If you need to return an item please contact us before returning. There is a 30% restocking fee for all items returned that are not defective.
